Undergraduate students from the Freshmen Year onwards
Our partners can sponsor students during their full undergraduate study, which is expected to last for four years. Those students represent truly the top echelon of all students in the Kingdom. This year, KFUPM attracted the top 1% of High School graduates in the Kingdom, of whom 30% have a Qudurat score of 95% or more. Many of those bypassed the Preparatory Year through our SkipPrep program and started as freshmen.
Opportunity: Sponsor a distinguished undergraduate Saudi student early on to ensure he or she join your company after graduation. This way you select the cream of the crop early on and enrich your workforce. This student may be at the Prep Year or has started his formal degree as a freshman or later.
The University is not involved in the arrangements that our partners make with the students with regards to commitments or benefits that might be included during their studies, or employment offers. However, sponsored students usually expect a stipend of SR 2-3K per month from their sponsor.
Undergraduate students from the Senior Year
Our partners can sponsor students during their last year of undergraduate study, especially those who enrolled in an undergraduate concentration. The advantage here is that the partner can specify the concentration in which the sponsored student is to enroll (KFUPM has now 20 40 such concentrations and will develop more, from artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, Internet of Things, quantum computing, to hydrogen mobility, renewable energy, non-metallics, and operational safety.

Graduate students in the Specialized Focused Master programs
One of the new enhancements in the academic offering of the University is the specialized focused Master’s (MX) programs (professional Master’s degrees), through which students can earn a Master's degree in one year. Examples of these Master's programs are artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data science, supply chain, etc. The concentrations prepare the student to engage in these topics, but these Master’s programs prepare the students to be independent leaders in these areas. This is a full-time program designed for students who have completed their Bachelor's degrees but have not yet transitioned into full employment, or for those who have started their employment but desire to advance their career through further specialization in the offered fields.
Opportunity: Sponsor a graduate student through one of these MX program, either your own employee, to significantly enhance his or her work performance and leadership, or someone you can subsequently attract to your workforce.
